This course covers Chapter 7 of ISO 19011:2018, outlining the steps involved in determining auditor competence, establishing auditor evaluation criteria, selecting appropriate auditor evaluation methods, conducting auditor evaluation, and maintaining and improving auditor competence.

This course is designed for professionals involved in planning, conducting, managing or improving audits of management systems, whether for internal, supplier, or certification purposes. The focus is on building auditing competence in line with the latest ISO 19011 guidelines.
