Get started with Scilife! This certification of the Core module is the backbone of the whole system and will give you an overview of how to ensure the system is set up as you require and good grounding in using the system in general.

Certification Syllabus: 

Course 1: Scilife Essentials - Environments, Framework, and Support

This course covers all the essentials to get you started; from logging in, to seeking support on the helpdesk and showing you how to go further by using our Knowledge Base.

Course 2: Managing users in Scilife

This course will provide you with the knowledge to ensure that all your users are set up in Scilife with the correct permission levels.  You will gain a thorough understanding of how to manage different scenarios that will arise as you work with an eQMS, such as new starters, leavers, and periods of temporary absence. 

Course 3: Understanding the Reporting Manager functionality

This course will show you how to set up the Reporting Manager functionality in Scilife, and how to get the best use from this feature.

Course 4: How to Use Tags in Scilife

This short course covers all you need to know about using Tags in Scilife.  Tags are a powerful tool for organizing your eQMS and assisting your use of the system.

Course 5: Managing Contacts, and Products & Services

In this course, we will show you how to set up contacts, products & services and how best to leverage having this information available to your system users.
