Course 1: Configuring your CV from the Backend

In this foundational course, you will learn how to set up a CV within Scilife from the backend. This configuration is crucial, as once the relevant fields are established, Full Users to input their CV data and competences into the system accurately.

Course 2: Setting up the Competence Matrix from the Backend

This course provides step-by-step guidance on how to fully configure the Competence Matriz within Scilife. The Competence Matrix is a powerful tool for mapping out the skills and qualifications within your organization. You'll gain practical knowledge on setting up the matrix to ensure your organization has a structured and clear overview of competences across all employees.

Course 3: Understanding how to link Competences to Trainings

In this brief course, you will discover how to link competences to trainings within Scilife. By doing so, you can ensure that your training initiatives are strategically aligned with your organization's competence development goals.

Course 4:  Understanding how to Filter Employees by Competences

This course explains how to effectively use the Competences listing page to filter employees based on their skillsets and qualifications. Understanding how to manage and navigate this page allows you to quickly assess te competence levels of your team, identify strengths, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Course 5: The Role of the Competence Coordinator and an insight into CVs and Competence Revision

This course takes a look at the critical role of the Competence Coordinator, and explains in detail how to review CVs and Competence levels in Scilife.

Course 6: A Guide to Adding 'My CV' Information and Competences, and Uploading Competences Files & Certificates

This practical course walks you through how to update your CV and competences within the Scilife Competences module. You'll learn how to upload supporting documents, such as certificates and files, making use of the system's eQMS features to manage and showcase your skills and experiences effectively.

Course 7: Identifying the steps to set up a CV in the Documents Tool

In this course, you will be guided through the specific steps necessary to set up a CV using Scilife's Documents tool.

Course 8: Managing Contacts, and Products & Services

This course will teach you how to manage and organize contacts, products, and services within Scilife.
