Certification Syllabus: 

Course 1: Scilife Essentials - Environments, Framework, and Support

In this introductory course, you'll get started familiarizing yourself with Scilife's essentials. From Scilife's three environments to logging in, and utilizing the Knowledge Base and Helpdesk for support, we'll make sure you're fully equipped to start navigating the system and get help when needed.

Course 2: Managing users in Scilife

This course will provide you with the knowledge to ensure that all your users are set up in Scilife with the correct permission levels.  You'll learn how to handle scenarios such as adding new users, managing leavers, and accommodating temporary absences -- all while maintaining the integrity of your eQMS.

Course 3: Understanding the Reporting Manager functionality

We'll dive into the Reporting Manager feature, showing you how to set it up and get the most out of its capabilities to improve oversight and reporting within Scilife.

Course 4: How to Use Tags in Scilife

Tags are a vital tool for organizing information within your eQMS. This course will guide you through creating and managing tags to streamline your system management processes.

Course 5: Managing Contacts, and Products & Services

In this course we will cover how to efficiently manage contacts, products, and services, making sure your data is structured and accessible for users, adding more value to your Scilife platform.
