Certification Syllabus: 

Course 1: Understanding how to install and uninstall MSI

This course will show you how to install and uninstall the MSI to ensure that you have everything in place to be able to work successfully with Scilife's P&R module.

Course 2: A comprehensive guide to working with the Virtual Printer

This short course will give you an overview of the purpose of the virtual printer and how to use it in conjunction with the P&R module.

Course 3: Leading you to a successful Document Reconciliation

This in-depth course explains how to reconcile a document using the P&R module, and provides step-by-step guides to answer any additional questions you may have.

Course 4:  Taking a closer look at Reprints and understanding how to reconcile them

This course shows you how to work with reprints and furthermore how you can reconcile reprints when using the Scilife P&R tool.

Course 5: An in-depth look at print logs generation

This course explains how to generate print logs and what you should do if you encounter a printing error.

Course 6: Exploring the Controlled Print List and working with ERRATA requests

This course explains what the controlled print list is and how to use, and also provides explanation on the ERRATA request functionality in Scilife's P&R tool.

Course 7: Printers: understanding how to approve them

This course shows you how to approve printers in the Scilife P&R tool.

Course 8: Looking over Category Types

This course explains category types from the P&R tool and how to use them.

Course 9: Navigating Prints & Reprints and Prints by Categories / Printers

This course explains how to work with prints & reprints and prints by categories or printers.

Course 10: A thorough review of P&R Module Settings

This course covers all the essentials of the module settings for the P&R module.
